Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Offpista, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access, use, copy, or rely on any part of the service.

The service is intended only for authorized users who have been invited or approved by the organization operating this workspace. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

Authorized Use Only

You may use the service only for legitimate business purposes connected to your role, employment, contractor relationship, or authorized administrative responsibilities.

You must not attempt to bypass security controls, access another person’s account, scrape data, reverse engineer the service, upload harmful content, interfere with availability, or use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity performed under your account.

You must notify the organization immediately if you suspect unauthorized access, compromised credentials, inaccurate account permissions, or misuse of the service.

Company Data and Confidentiality

Information inside the service may include confidential business, personnel, financial, contractual, operational, and candidate data. You must treat all such information as confidential.

You may not export, disclose, copy, share, publish, or use company data outside the permitted purpose unless you have clear authorization from the organization.

Accuracy and Responsibilities

Users are responsible for entering accurate, complete, and current information. Administrative approvals, salary records, contracts, reports, and operational actions may rely on the information submitted.

The organization may review, correct, suspend, remove, or reject submitted information where it believes the information is inaccurate, incomplete, unauthorized, fraudulent, or contrary to policy.

Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended, limited, or terminated at any time if required for security, compliance, operational reasons, suspected misuse, or the end of your relationship with the organization.

Termination of access does not remove obligations relating to confidentiality, data protection, intellectual property, payment disputes, or misuse that occurred before termination.

No Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an internal operational basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organization and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued access or use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
